About the Role

Our client, a prominent charity dedicated to improving lives, is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Officer to support their work in Coventry . This role is crucial for expanding the charity's corporate donor base and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with businesses. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with the charity's mission and fundraising objectives. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely, contributing to significant growth in corporate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate partners whose values align with the charity's mission.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage and grow existing relationships with corporate donors, ensuring engagement and long-term commitment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for corporate partners and promote partnership successes.
• Organize and facilitate corporate volunteering opportunities and fundraising events for partner organizations.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate fundraising , business development, or account management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasive communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape and partnership benefits.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working model across Coventry and surrounding areas.
