About the Role

Our client, a significant player in the Charity & Voluntary sector , is seeking a visionary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join their team in Nottingham . This pivotal role will focus on developing and implementing strategic CSR initiatives that align corporate partnerships with the charity's mission, enhancing both brand reputation and societal impact. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring mutual benefit and driving sustainable support for critical programmes. This is a key opportunity to lead impactful collaborations that strengthen the charity's reach and effectiveness within the East Midlands and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners, ensuring strong engagement and mutual benefit.
• Design and oversee collaborative projects that leverage corporate resources (financial, volunteer, in-kind) for maximum impact.
• Develop compelling CSR proposals and reports to attract and retain corporate support.
• Track and measure the impact of CSR initiatives, reporting on key performance indicators.
• Represent the organization in discussions with current and potential corporate partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising, preferably within the non-profit or corporate sector.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles, best practices, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and manage complex projects.
• Experience in measuring and reporting on social impact and partnership outcomes.
