About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking charity organisation, is looking for an experienced and strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to lead their corporate engagement efforts in Portsmouth . This role is instrumental in building and nurturing partnerships with businesses, developing impactful CSR programmes, and driving mutually beneficial collaborations. You will be responsible for translating the charity's mission into engaging propositions for corporate partners, securing both funding and in-kind support. This is a key position for someone passionate about fostering positive social impact through business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy to engage corporate partners.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with businesses to secure sponsorships, donations, and employee engagement opportunities.
• Design and manage impactful CSR programmes that align with corporate goals and the charity's mission.
• Coordinate employee volunteering days and other corporate-led initiatives.
• Measure and report on the impact of CSR partnerships and programmes.
• Represent the charity at corporate events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or CSR management, ideally within the charity sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate sustainability and social responsibility principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience in managing budgets and reporting on programme outcomes.
