About the Role

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join their team in Nottingham . This role is instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, developing mutually beneficial CSR initiatives, and enhancing the charity's profile within the business community. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that align corporate social goals with the charity's mission, driving engagement and securing vital support. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration with corporate partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential corporate sponsors, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
• Design and manage bespoke CSR programmes and employee engagement initiatives for corporate partners.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to showcase the impact of CSR partnerships.
• Represent the charity at corporate events and build networks within the business community.
• Monitor CSR trends and best practices, ensuring the charity remains at the forefront of responsible engagement.
• Work closely with fundraising and marketing teams to integrate CSR messaging into broader communication efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably in the Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing successful corporate relationships and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate sector and current CSR trends.
• Ability to develop creative and impactful partnership proposals.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
