Corporate Solicitor (1–2 PQE) – M&A & Scale-ups

MBM Commercial LLP in Edinburgh and Glasgow is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join its Corporate team. You will work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings, with exposure to cross-border work and entrepreneur clients.
