CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with around 2-3 years' PQE to join its thriving corporate team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a successful and growing regional practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a busy Corporate team advising a diverse client base on a wide range of transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Private equity transactions and other investments
- Shareholder arrangements and agreements
- Corporate structuring and reorganisations
- General corporate advisory matters
You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while working collaboratively with experienced colleagues and developing your technical and commercial expertise.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Corporate Solicitor with approximately 2-3 years' PQE, although candidates with relevant experience outside this range will also be considered. You will ideally have gained your experience within a medium-sized or large law firm and be looking to take the next step in your career within a successful and forward-thinking regional corporate practice. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, client-focused and able to build strong professional relationships. Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for corporate law are essential.
