Our client is a highly regarded commercial law firm with a successful and growing Corporate team.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor at 5yrs+ PQE to join the team and play an important role in its continued development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor who is looking for high-quality work, increased responsibility and genuine career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Assist with larger and more complex corporate transactions
• Take responsibility for running smaller transactions from start to finish
• Advise on a range of non-transactional corporate matters
• Work closely with clients and develop long-term relationships
• Develop your technical expertise and commercial acumen
• Supervise, coach and support more junior members of the team
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
• Become a trusted adviser to a diverse client base

The Corporate team advises clients across a broad range of matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate restructurings
• Investments
• Joint Ventures and Shareholders' Agreements
• LLP and Partnership Agreements
• General company advice
• AIM and PLC-related work

The role offers genuine variety, with the opportunity to work on interesting transactions while also developing your broader advisory experience.
