Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate transactions such as M&A, disposals, and reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements.
• Advise clients on company law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct due diligence investigations for clients involved in corporate deals.
• Manage relationships with clients, fostering strong working partnerships.
• Support senior members of the corporate team on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate transactions, such as M&A or general corporate advisory.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Strong understanding of company law principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for a hybrid work environment.
