Corporate Solicitor / Legal Executive - 3+ PQE

Hertfordshire | Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid Working

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire that is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the appointment of a Corporate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing commercial practice known for delivering high-quality work and outstanding client service across a broad range of sectors

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and a strong wider commercial team, advising an impressive client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and entrepreneurs

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including:

Mergers & acquisitions

Share and asset sales/purchases

Shareholder agreements

Company restructures

Joint ventures

General corporate advisory work

Commercial agreements (desirable but not essential)

The Candidate

The firm is keen to speak with candidates who:

Are a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE

Have solid experience in corporate transactional work

Possess strong technical and drafting skills

Are commercially minded and client-focused

Enjoy building lasting client relationships

Work well as part of a team
