Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) | Tonbridge

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experiencedCorporate Solicitor to join its expandingCorporate & Commercial team in Tonbridge.

This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range ofcorporate law matters , includingmergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, insolvency, EMI share schemes and business succession planning . The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, established businesses, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Law
• Strong technical expertise across a range of corporate transactions
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Enthusiastic about business development and networking
