About the Role
Our client, a leading professional services firm in Bristol , is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Advisor to join its expanding tax team. This role will involve providing strategic tax advice to a diverse range of corporate clients, focusing on tax planning, compliance, M&A tax, and international tax issues. You will play a key part in helping businesses optimize their tax positions and navigate complex tax legislation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive corporate tax advice to clients, including tax planning and structuring.
- Assist clients with tax compliance obligations and filings.
- Undertake tax due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Advise on international tax matters, including transfer pricing and cross-border structuring.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and their impact on clients.
Requirements
- Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with a strong background in corporate tax.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate tax advisory.
- Proven ability to advise on complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UK tax legislation and international tax principles.
