A well-established independent accountancy and advisory firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior in Leeds to join its growing tax team. With a strong regional presence and collaborative culture, the firm supports a diverse client base across both compliance and advisory work.

This Corporate Tax Senior role in Leeds is ideal for someone looking to build on their compliance experience while gaining exposure to advisory projects.

The Role

• Preparing and submitting corporation tax computations for a varied portfolio
• Supporting clients with ongoing compliance requirements
• Assisting with R&D tax credit claims
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory work
• Liaising with clients and HMRC on tax matters
• Supporting employment-related tax filings and ad hoc queries
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

About You

• At least 2 years’ experience in corporate tax within practice
• Experience with tax software (e.g. Alphatax) advantageous
• Interest in developing advisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and able to manage deadlines effectively
