Corporate Tax Solicitor – VC & Deals, Surrey

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join its Surrey team. The role focuses on broad corporate tax work, including tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, as well as venture capital-related matters.

You will handle HMRC applications for S/EIS relief, investor certificates, and provide clear, commercially driven tax advice within a supportive, client-facing environment.
