Cost Manager - Nuclear Energy

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cost Manager to join a high-performing Project Controls team within the nuclear sector. You will play a key role in delivering accurate cost information, supporting informed decisions and helping ensure successful project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and analyse programme cost performance, including Earned Value Management.
- Support cost forecasting, EAC, ETC and actual cost reporting.
- Track costs against approved budgets and cost breakdown structures.
- Support budget updates, re-baselining and forecasting activities.
- Analyse change requests and ensure accurate cost coding.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams on accruals and contract costs.
- Implement and maintain effective cost management systems and reporting tools.
- Provide guidance and support on cost management processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven cost management experience on major programmes or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting and Earned Value Management.
- Experience with PRISM, EcoSys, Cobra or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Nuclear, energy, engineering or infrastructure experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts and construction is advantageous.
