Counterbalance FLT Operator - Temp-to-Perm & Overtime

Westray Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Hartlepool. The role is temporary-to-permanent and requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and externally accredited qualification.

You’ll move stock, load/unload, and support warehouse operations while building a long-term career with the employer. The position involves manual handling and learning of machinery, with full site induction and ongoing training.
