Shift Options
Days
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Nights
Monday to Wednesday: 4:30pm – 3:00am
Thursday: 4:30pm – 12:00am
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Banbury. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to secure a permanent position with a well-established employer.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Moving stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Supporting goods in/out operations.
Carrying out manual handling duties when required.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
