Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely and secure delivery of parcels, documents, and other items to designated recipients in and around Coventry .
• Adhere strictly to delivery schedules and planned routes, making necessary adjustments for traffic or logistical challenges.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned delivery vehicle, performing routine checks.
• Accurately record delivery details, including proof of delivery and any exceptions, using company-provided technology.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
• Ensure the safe handling and securing of all transported goods throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid UK driving license , with no major endorsements.
• Demonstrable experience in a courier or delivery driving capacity.
• Proficiency in navigating the Coventry and West Midlands road networks.
