About the Role

Our client requires a professional and energetic Courier Van Driver to service the Leeds area. This role focuses on the rapid and secure delivery of documents, parcels, and smaller goods for a variety of business and private clients. You will be responsible for managing your own delivery schedule, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. This is an active role suited for individuals who enjoy being on the road, are well-organized, and take pride in their work, operating within a dynamic and essential service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver items such as parcels, documents, and small goods to specified locations.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency within Leeds .
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the company van.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately document delivery information and proof of delivery.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence, preferably with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Experience as a courier or delivery driver is beneficial but not essential.
• Good geographical knowledge of Leeds and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
