Court Administrative & Customer Service Officer

Brook Street is recruiting an Operational Support Officer for Truro Combined Court. You will provide essential administrative and customer service support to court users, judicial staff and partner agencies to ensure smooth operations.

The role is full-time, office-based at Truro, with DBS clearance provided and on-site parking. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing with professionalism.
