Court Lead: Quality Assurance for Child Safeguarding

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager/Senior Social Worker to lead a Court Lead function within Children’s Services. You will drive quality, performance and best practice across pre-proceedings and care proceedings, embedding a consistent quality assurance framework and a learning culture.

You will oversee court-related activity, maintain legal trackers, and work with judiciary, Legal Services and Cafcass to ensure timely, child-centred and legally sound care
