Court of Protection Paralegal — Welsh-Speaking Specialist

NWSSP Legal & Risk Services is seeking a Paralegal to join the Complex Patient Team with a focus on Court of Protection work. You will assist solicitors and fellow paralegals who advise and represent the NHS across Wales.

Welsh language skills are essential for this role, and applicants must have Welsh speaking and listening abilities at Level 3. You will manage cases, draft letters, review records, and help prepare client advice and court documents while liaising with witnesses and healthcare
