A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester to join its growing specialist team.
As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester , you’ll handle a varied caseload while working closely with clients, families and professional networks in a highly supportive environment.

The Role
- Managing a diverse Court of Protection caseload
- Handling property and affairs matters
- Supporting high-value and complex cases
- Liaising with clients, families and professional advisers
- Working closely with senior team members
- Delivering high standards of client careManaging deadlines and caseload efficiently
- Supporting business development activity
The Candidate
- 0–4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
- Private Client or Personal Injury experience desirable
- Strong technical ability and financial awareness
- Experience working on complex or high-value matters
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and commercially aware approach
- Experience within a high street or regional firm
