An established legal practice is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor, with flexibility for someone Cardiff-based or working remotely.

This is a strong opportunity for someone wanting to build their Court of Protection career within a specialist and supportive environment.

The Role

• Property and Financial Affairs matters
• Deputyship work and ongoing client management
• OPG reporting, budgets and asset management
• Court applications and associated advisory work
• Liaising with families, financial advisers and other professionals
• Scope to develop within a specialist team

Suitable for a Court of Protection Solicitor with 1+ PQE looking for quality work with genuine flexibility.
