Cover Supervisors Required - Warrington Secondary Schools

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Flexible
Salary: £92.63 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and school)

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Cover Supervisors to support a number of secondary schools across Warrington . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience while making a positive impact on students' learning and development.

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes during short-term teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students' learning and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Ensuring continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff
• Encouraging student engagement and participation throughout lessons

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

• Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or similar setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach
• Confidence leading a classroom and managing student behaviour effectively
• An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
