We're looking for passionate Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Secondary schools in Lincolnshire on a daily supply and long-term basis.

We work with fantastic schools local to you and are continuously recruiting for Cover Supervisors and Graduates to join us. Whether you're seeking a full or part-time role, we have opportunities to suit you.

The role is particularly well suited to people who are confident leading groups and maintaining a calm classroom environment. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and experienced professionals from other backgrounds.

As a Cover Supervisor on supply, you will;

Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials Maintaining appropriate classroom expectations Supporting students with their work Managing low-level behaviour effectively Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)- or willing to obtain one Professional reference checks CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible Legal right to work in the UK

We regularly speak to candidates with backgrounds in sport, coaching, youth work, tutoring, performing arts, leadership and other people-facing professions who make excellent Cover Supervisors.

Working as a Cover Supervisor can also provide useful experience for graduates considering teacher training or anyone wanting to understand more about working in a secondary school.
