Cover Supervisor- North East Lincolnshire

We're looking for passionate Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Secondary schools in Lincolnshire on a daily supply and long-term basis. We work with fantastic schools local to you and are continuously recruiting for Cover Supervisors and graduates to join us. The role is particularly well suited to people who are confident leading groups and maintaining a calm classroom environment. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and experienced professionals from other backgrounds.
As a Cover Supervisor on supply, you will;
- Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
- Maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
- Supporting students with their work
- Managing low-level behaviour effectively
- Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff
