Position - Cover Supervisor

Day rate - £120 per day

Start - ASAP

Location - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

A Milton Keynes Secondary School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing short-term cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and managing student behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have:

A good level of education, ideally to degree level Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with young people A calm, confident manner, with a positive and flexible approach The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To be a Cover Supervisor:

A recent University Graduate ideally with a Secondary subject degree A current Cover Supervisor who has front of the class experience A youth worker or coach who again has experience of working with students A teaching Assistant looking to take the next step up A behaviour Support worker looking to get more teaching experience
