Cover Supervisor

The Opportunity

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring students remain engaged and continue learning by delivering pre-planned lessons.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Maintain a calm, focused and respectful classroom environment.
• Encourage students to complete the work provided.
• Follow each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Liaise with teaching staff and provide feedback after each lesson.
• Build positive relationships with both students and school staff.
