Creative Activities Coordinator for Resident Wellbeing

SERENCROFT is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Hayes Cottage, Hayes. You will plan, organise and deliver a varied programme of social, recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, working with families and staff to ensure person-centred care.

You'll promote the activities programme, maintain records, and help ensure health and safety compliance, in a supportive care home environment. A DBS check is required and a full UK driving licence is advantageous.
