About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Producer to join their dynamic team in Birmingham , focusing on the exciting world of festivals and live events. This role is essential for crafting compelling visual and narrative content that captures the essence of our client's diverse event portfolio, from music festivals to theatrical productions. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-impact content across multiple platforms to attract audiences and enhance event experiences. Working closely with event organizers, marketing teams, and external production partners, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public perception and excitement surrounding each event, contributing to the vibrant cultural landscape of the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, and produce a wide range of engaging content including promotional videos, social media clips, behind-the-scenes features, and website assets.
- Manage all stages of the production process, from initial idea generation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality event footage and imagery.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for each specific event.
- Source and manage external creative resources, such as freelance editors, animators, and voice-over artists.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure content effectively supports event promotion and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in content production, with a strong focus on video production and digital media, ideally within the arts and entertainment space.
- Demonstrated ability to produce creative and compelling content for live events and festivals.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and a good understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing budgets for creative productions and working with external vendors.
