Creative Developer – Creative Technologist

• Prototype creative and interactive ideas from rough prototypes through to polished experiences
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and creatives from the beginning of projects
• Bring technical perspective into the creative process and help teams understand what is possible
• Explore Generative AI, creative coding, new interfaces and emerging technologies
• Build rapid prototypes, interactive brand behaviours, generative design systems and internal creative tools
• Share discoveries and make emerging technology accessible to the team
• Help define how technology can shape brand experiences
• Work with brands including TikTok, F1 and Netflix

Requirements

• Around 3 years’ experience in either design or front-end engineering
• Strong eye for design and thoughtful interaction understanding
• Strong technical execution and creative flair
• Experience or ability with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Generative AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, creative coding, Figma, WebGL/Three.js or similar technologies
• Portfolio of relevant work and code demonstrating design sensibility, technical execution and creative flair
• Comfortable prototyping with code
• Ability to prototype, test and iterate
• Ability to communicate technical ideas simply
• Curiosity and comfort with uncertainty
• Ability to collaborate across design, strategy and creative disciplines
