Creative Director – Growth, AI & Brand Performance

Flo Health Inc. is seeking a Creative leader to turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end and lead a 20-person team across strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops to deliver assets that move culture and business metrics.

You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster production engine, and push AI-driven workflows while ensuring craft remains non-negotiable. This role blends brand, performance, and AI at scale.
