Creative Director

About the Role

Our client is looking for an inspiring and visionary Creative Director to lead their creative output from their Oxford base, with a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and guiding the execution of creative strategies across all marketing and communication channels. This role demands exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and a passion for innovative design and compelling content. You will mentor and inspire a team of creatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful work that resonates with target audiences and achieves business objectives, fostering a collaborative and creatively driven atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee creative concepts and campaigns from ideation through to final execution.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand identity, strategic goals, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
• Present creative work to stakeholders, articulate creative vision, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Creative Director , Art Director, or senior creative role in an agency or in-house setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Deep understanding of branding, design principles, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
