About the Role

Our client is seeking an inspiring and visionary Creative Director to lead their creative department in Bristol . You will be responsible for setting the creative vision and direction for all marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality and strategic alignment. This leadership role demands a blend of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to guide a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals toward achieving impactful and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the overall creative strategy and vision across all brand touchpoints and campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives, brand standards, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and final work to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale and strategic thinking behind the designs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (e.g., Creative Director, Art Director) within an agency or in-house setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful creative campaigns and projects across various media.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual design, typography, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
