Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the conceptualization and development of innovative creative strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative department.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, advocating for bold and effective solutions.
- Ensure the highest standards of creative output, overseeing all aspects of project execution from briefing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to ensure creative work aligns with client objectives and market insights.
- Drive creative innovation and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the agency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in creative roles within advertising or marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership position.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating a history of successful, impactful campaigns across multiple media.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer psychology.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
- Experience with digital, social, and traditional advertising channels is essential.
