Creative Team Lead — Brand & Design (Flexible Hours)

RX Global is seeking a Creative Team Manager to lead four designers and own the creative direction across RX Hub shows. You will balance brand identity with campaign performance, develop standards, and drive improvements in processes and team capability.

You'll collaborate with Web, Product and Marketing Tech to shape digital experiences and ensure creative work is informed by customer insight. This role focuses on quality, speed, and scalability while maintaining distinct brands.
