one 9-month contract and one 12-month contract , with the potential for both to become permanent. The Role As a Credit Controller, you'll manage customer accounts and ensure outstanding payments are collected efficiently, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Chasing outstanding payments via telephone, email and letter Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits Resolving customer queries Cash allocation and account management Sending copy invoices and supporting with general Finance administration Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues About You We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller with: Previous
