Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor credit risk policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular reviews of the loan portfolio to identify and mitigate potential credit deterioration.
• Prepare detailed credit risk reports and present findings to senior management and risk committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a related banking function.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies, financial statement analysis, and loan structuring.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III is highly desirable.
