Crewing HR Superintendent - Offshore, Flexible Hours

United Offshore Support GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Superintendent to own crew operations, workforce planning and compliance across our fleet. You will drive crew rotations, manage international travel logistics and support recruitment for offshore personnel.

The role requires 3–5 years in crewing or HR within shipping or offshore sectors, strong knowledge of STCW/MLC, and excellent organizational skills. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus, with hybrid work options.
