Criminal Justice Recovery Worker (Sessional)

Change Grow Live Ealing RISE is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker on a sessional basis to support adults with substance use needs in the community. You will manage a caseload and provide assertive outreach and in-reach support across GP surgeries, mental health services and supported accommodation.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and strong communication; you will work with a multidisciplinary team, promote recovery, and ensure safeguarding and information governance compliance.
