CRM Campaign Lead - Client Success & Automation Expert

IDHL is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CRM) to manage a portfolio of clients and lead CRM activity across email, SMS, and lifecycle programmes within Klaviyo, Dotdigital and Braze. You will be the primary day-to-day contact, run regular meetings, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.

You will translate client aims into clear roadmaps, test and optimise campaigns, manage audiences, and ensure deliverability and compliance.
