Job Details:

Job Role: As the CSA Foreman , you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour, materials and logistics, and monitoring project progress. The CSA Foreman will attend daily stand-up meetings, communicate planned activities clearly to the client and wider project team, and proactively identify potential installation issues before they impact the programme. You will also manage installation defects, reporting and project progress to support the successful delivery of works.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a CSA Foreman or within a similar site supervisory role
• Confident working with BIM models and construction drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• HNC or equivalent qualification within Construction, Groundworks, Architecture or a related discipline
• Valid in date CSCS Card

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Strong understanding of site coordination, materials, logistics and labour management relevant to a CSA Foreman position
• Knowledge of online site management platforms such as Dalux and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly report and communicate identified defects
• Experience managing project timelines and monitoring progress
• Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary site activities in a CSA Foreman capacity
