Role Overview:

Kainos AI Business Solutions Practice helps organisations transform how they operate using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsofts AI platform, with Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI.

As the practice enters its next phase of growth, AI-first delivery is becoming foundational to how solutions are designed, delivered and scaled. We are appointing a CTO (AI Business Solutions) to lead the technology and AI direction of the practice.

This is a senior technology leadership role within AI Business Solutions. You will own and evolve the technical strategy across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft AI, ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable and commercially differentiated. You will act as a senior technology voice with customers, Microsoft and partners, translating Microsofts AI roadmap into repeatable, outcome-led offerings that drive growth.

Operating at practice and portfolio level, you will work with senior architects and technical leaders to maintain strong engineering discipline, while focusing your own time on strategic direction, executive engagement and Microsoft ecosystem leadership. xwwtmva

As a member of the practice leadership team, you will shape the technology dimension of our growth strategy, ensuring capability investment, technical differentiation and AI-first design materially increase win rates, market credibility and scalable margin.
