Line management, performance management and peer observation responsibilities form an important part of the role, ensuring staff receive the support and direction required to maintain effective provision throughout the temporary appointment.
This is an interim operational management position, requiring an individual who can quickly establish oversight, provide stability and maintain performance across the department from the outset.
