Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative digital learning curricula, including interactive modules, video scripts, and assessments.

• Utilise learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools to build and deploy digital courses.
• Ensure all digital learning content adheres to instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with a focus on digital/online learning.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective online pedagogy.
