Customer Advisor, Digital Banking & Service

Nationwide Building Society in Leeds Crossgates is seeking a Customer Consultant for our branch and contact centre teams. The role is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, with a starting salary that rises from £26,500 from 1 July 2026.

You will welcome customers, help them use our digital services, and explain the benefits of online banking. You will resolve queries, tailor solutions from our range of products, collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre,
