Customer & Trading Store Leader

Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer & trading manager to lead daily store operations, partner with a small team of managers, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding service and seamless shopping experiences.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often as the only manager on site, drive KPI performance, ensure safety and service standards, and manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay with integrity.
