Customer Care Assistant (Vet Reception) - Maternity Cover

Medivet in Peterborough Bretton is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional care for clients, patients, and colleagues.

You will carry out reception duties, triage emergencies, manage the diary, handle calls and messages, and ensure online booking slots are available. The role includes Saturdays on a 1 in 5 rota and maternity cover for the team.
