Customer Experience Advisor – 12-Month Contract

Micheldever Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Protyre Autocare on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in our Stockton-on-Tees office and involves handling inbound sales calls, live chat, email and social media enquiries, with outbound follow-ups for vehicle reminder programs.

You’ll contribute to excellent customer service standards, support via CRM systems, and work within a busy team environment under the Customer Experience Manager. Training will be provided.
