Customer Experience Advisor — Branch Banking (Inverness, 35h)

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for the Inverness Branch. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and answer calls from our contact centre.

We welcome applicants with strong service skills, clear communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach. The position offers a starting salary of £25,000, a £500 flexible benefit allowance, and a discretionary 8%
